Job Description: The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across various platforms to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Essential Functions:

This role consists of daily duties which include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement content calendars.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and infographics.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
  • 2 + years of experience with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop

Physical Demands:

  • Typical of work in a professional office environment.

This is a Full-Time Salary position and has a requirement of at least 40 hours per week. This position, on occasion, will require you to work after hours but notice will be provided by management.

This employment comes with a 90-day probation period. After the initial 90 days the employee will be eligible for paid vacation, sick time, and other benefits. Furthermore, this job is a Full-Time position with working hour from 8:00AM – 5:00PM with weekends off and paid holidays.
